Syncro’s new brand identity is created on the simple premise that their platform of smart software solutions deliver quantitative improvements and measurable results to their SMB business owners. In an industry of one off products and fickle customers, Syncro provides the only IT management platform that’s truly built to build their customers business— whether they’re focused on building their team’s speed, capacity, or scale.
Nine months in the making, RLD developed a comprehensive brand and messaging platform that unified disparate positioning and marketing approaches while addressing the evolving needs of both their existing and new customers. Products and services were organized into a simplified yet comprehensive brand architecture that would serve the organization as a road map for future growth and acquisitions. With new brand positioning in place , we began the visual exploration of the brand identity, ultimately extending the chosen direction into a system of end-to-end, go to market customers touchpoints including the design and build of their corporate website.
