Syncro is dedicated to creating intelligent, game-changing software that enables IT professionals to optimize their operations and systems performance. Founded in 2011 by two Managed Service Provider (MSP) veterans with a passion for IT service software design, Syncro is 100% focused on developing a platform specifically to meet the needs of MSPs and IT Teams. Their software supercharges service delivery, maximizes uptime, and enables users to proactively resolve issues before they become problems.

Syncro’s new brand identity is created on the simple premise that their platform of smart software solutions deliver quantitative improvements and measurable results to their SMB business owners. In an industry of one off products and fickle customers, Syncro provides the only IT management platform that’s truly built to build their customers business— whether they’re focused on building their team’s speed, capacity, or scale.

Nine months in the making, RLD developed a comprehensive brand and messaging platform that unified disparate positioning and marketing approaches while addressing the evolving needs of both their existing and new customers. Products and services were organized into a simplified yet comprehensive brand architecture that would serve the organization as a road map for future growth and acquisitions. With new brand positioning in place , we began the visual exploration of the brand identity, ultimately extending the chosen direction into a system of end-to-end, go to market customers touchpoints including the design and build of their corporate website.

Over the course of 10 weeks RLD worked with Syncro’s executive leadership to develop a brand strategy that would translate into new positioning and lay the foundation for a successful rebrand.

Channeling the magic of wizards, RLD built a universe of the unexpected, featuring a multi-tiered ecosystem reachable only by sky-bent scaffolding. It is both past and present, real and fantastical, hand painted and very digital.

Sycro’s photography collection features a custom portfolio of their typical customers – MSPs and IT professionals of different ages, genders and ethnicities – photographed in an advertorial portrait style on a green and teal seamless backdrop with a single light source. These portraits are designed to celebrate the power of the individual, elevating the ordinary worker into the heroic individual.

The new Syncro rebrand is a tightly unified brand system that has been extended into every aspect of the customer experience. From AI driven software to large scale building signage, no customer touchpoint has been left untouched.

Translating virtually created environments into full scale physical spaces allowed the new branding to come to life in ways we hadn’t ever imagined. Do my eyes deceive me or am I dreaming?
