Redefining real estate investing for a new generation of advisors.
How do you position a next generation of leadership into new markets—while honoring a rich legacy of proven performance in a securities market that is often overlooked, and frequently misunderstood? That was our challenge.
For more than three decades, and two generations, MacKenzie Capital Management was an industry leader specializing in turning investments in discounted illiquid real estate securities into attractive, marketable assets. For them, a business-as-usual approach was not an option.
Our work with brand strategy and positioning quickly evolved into identity development and implementation of a comprehensive design program for all customer touch points. Through a continued collaborative approach, a partnership that began in 2011, continues today.
Rebrand and Service Design
Process, Process, Process.
Communicating who are clients are, and why their customers should care is best discussed through exploration and sharing concepts. We rely heavily on process...and collaboration. And while we’d love to say it’s easy, the truth is, give and take, and back and forth makes for a better product in the end. While we’re excited about where we ultimately ended up, we thought we’d share some of where we went to get there.
Themes of building, architecture and organized yet flexible systems drove a lot of our exploration. Ideas of thinking outside of the box, yet honoring a rich legacy (and not being “Wall Street”) are some of the inspirations for the directions that follow.
