Silicon Valley Bank has over 35 years of experience partnering with the world’s most innovative companies. In 2012 they established their Private Bank to meet the unique needs of the high net- worth individuals behind those companies. Over the course of 10 plus years, the Private Bank grew exponentially. Its stock value increased by 500%+ while its total assets held have gone from millions to billions.
RLD’s work with SVB Private Bank extended into a few different areas. As the agency of record, we were responsible for designing and supporting the entire end-to-end customer experience. This work included developing the brand platform and strategy, messaging, visual language, photography, print collateral systems, digital products, and client communications, as well as a complete suite of sales tools.
A core element of rebranding the Private Bank was developing an exclusive campaign featuring SVB’s clients in a series of editorial photo essays.
Bank and credit card statements were re-thought, re-engineered and re-designed to provide more consistent and user-friendly customer experiences.
The business system builds on the exclusive client photo library.
Corporate guidelines were created to both build and maintain the program both internally and externally.
