For more than three decades, and two generations, MacKenzie Capital Management has been an industry leader specialized in turning discounted illiquid real estate security investments into attractive, marketable assets. For them, a business-as-usual approach was not an option.
Through a continued collaborative approach, a partnership that began in 2011 continues to this day. When RLD and MacKenzie began our work together, we put together a brand strategy that provided the foundation and road map for future growth and ongoing acquisition to this day. Our identity work includes naming and a complete rebranding of the corporate identity to represent their stable of ever evolving funds. From there we developed a comprehensive design program and have been producing the majority of the organization’s high touch go-to-market materials.

Communicating who our clients are, and why their customers should care, is best achieved through a process of client collaboration. The truth is, there is always a give and take, and back and forth. And it’s essential to any successful engagement. Because it’s in these moments that thoughts become ideas and ideas turn into solutions.
